These Membership Terms outline the agreement between you, the member, and Mekayla Endeavors, LLC, governing your membership in The 20/29 Collective.
The 20/29 Collective is a membership community provided by Mekayla Endeavors, LLC (referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ ). These Membership Terms apply to all members of The 20/29 Collective (where members are referred to as ‘you’ and ‘your’).
If anything in these terms doesn’t make sense, or if you have any questions, please contact us. You can always find us in the community or can send us an email at mekayla.endeavors@gmail.com. If you do not wish to be legally bound by any of these Terms, please let us know so we can cancel your membership.
The Terms may be updated occasionally as the community grows and evolves, but we'll do our best to keep you informed.
By becoming a member of The 20/29 Collective, you're agreeing to these Membership Terms and to follow our Rules & Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
We trust you to be respectful and considerate of others in our Community Space. If we ever feel that these terms or Rules & Guidelines or our Code of Conduct are not being followed, we will take action, which could include pausing or cancelling your Membership.
To keep The 20/29 Collective a positive and thriving space, we ask that you:
These responsibilities apply to all interactions within the Community Space, both online and offline. All responsibilities are provided in more detail in the Rules and Guidelines under the ‘Study Hall’ section.
Your Membership will continue as long as your subscription is active and you're in good standing with our terms and guidelines. We'll keep you updated about renewal dates and any changes that arise to your membership.
Membership in The 20/29 Collective requires payment of our monthly or annual Membership Fee. Payments will be processed securely by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you have the right to make the payment using that account and agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor at www.stripe.com/legal/.
Payment is due monthly or annually in advance, depending on the chosen membership plan.
Please note: If you receive a special "grandfathered" membership rate (e.g., council member or founding member rate), this rate is tied to your continuous membership. If you choose to leave the community at any point in the future, you will forfeit this special rate and will not be eligible to receive it again upon rejoining.
Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership begins. There will be no partial refunds or pauses granted within a membership cycle that you've already paid for, no matter the reason.
If you need to cancel your membership, you can do so, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will then be effective for the next billing cycle.
You can cancel your Membership at any time if you feel it's not the right fit. You'll have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
We may cancel your Membership if our terms or Rules & Guidelines or Code of Conduct are not being followed. We'll always try to communicate any concerns first, but if needed, immediate action will be necessary to protect the community.

Your Membership gives you access to use these resources within our Community Space, but please do not share them outside the community without our permission. We also respect your intellectual property rights for the content you share.
We'll treat your personal info with respect, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We ask that you also respect the privacy of other members and any confidential information shared within the community.
We'll collect and use your personal data to manage your Membership and provide you with the best possible experience in The 20/29 Collective. We'll always handle your information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
We're working hard to make The 20/29 Collective a valuable and supportive space, but we can't guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your Membership. The Community Space and its content are provided "as is." We're not responsible for the actions or content shared by other members. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We hope we never have any disagreements, but if we do, we believe in trying to resolve them amicably.
If there is a dispute that cannot be brought to an amicable and mutual understanding, members understand and agree that such dispute will be handled through binding arbitration in alignment with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
